You may cancel your flights online up to 30 minutes prior to departure.
If you purchased a refundable ticket, you may request a refund if the flight(s) are cancelled no less than thirty (30) minutes prior to departure. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
If you purchased a non-refundable ticket, you may cancel online no less than 30 minutes prior to departure via Manage My Trips. Flight credits are one time use, non-transferable and must be booked and flown within one (1) year. Please note there may be a fare difference to reinstate your ticket. Any residual dollars will not be refunded or held for credit when credits are rebooked.
The only exception to either policy is the Department of Transportation mandated 24 Hour Rule. If you purchased a ticket 7 days or more prior to the scheduled departure time, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the fare class purchased within 24 hours of booking.
Guests may not hold confirmed space on multiple same routing flights on the same day. Same-day double bookings may be canceled without warning. Guests may not downgrade to a lower class of service.
